A: SYLFAB offers state-of-the-art CNC routing services for flat sheet cut-outs and machining. We handle projects from prototype to full production-run sheets sized up to 6 ft. by 24 ft. We have successfully completed countless, high-quality fabrication projects involving plastic, wood, acrylic (Plexiglass), polycarbonate (Lexan), PETG and other non-metallic materials.

A: SYLFAB offers Laser Engraving for projects up to 40 in. by 28 in.

A: SYLFAB is a reliable CNC machine manufacturer that creates custom, precision-cut machine guards and windows for machine guards. We cut out and form a wide variety of guards from a wide variety of raw materials. Examples include clear machine guards, scratch-resistant machine guards and FDA-approved machine guards.

A: SYLFAB is open from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. We accept deliveries from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

A: SYLFAB delivers primarily to customers in Green Bay and De Pere, Wisconsin, but also in Lakeshore, Oconto County, Appleton and the Fox Cities. Customers can also pick up their products at our shop or request shipping by UPS, FedEx or LTL.
